Thanks, guys. My next meet is with the IPA on May 21st.

I forgot to mention that my 535 raw deadlift from March 2010 is #65 in the Powerlifting USA annual Top 100 for 165 lifters, which combines both raw and equipped. One year ago, I got #76 with 525 from June 2009, so that's an improvement.

Damn, DW, you're moving some heavy-assed weight in here. The vids are definitely fun to watch, but you gotta admit.. the "Just Dance" from the DL session didn't quite mesh up with the SHFW'ing going on

Aurik, it should be obvious why I always bring my iPod to the gym. My target deadlift? Probably 540 (5lb meet PR) for my 2nd attempt and if that goes well, then 550 or 555 for my 3rd.
