BTB: Thanks. I haven't done the bottom squats in years. I like 'em. Yeah, you should try the reverse grip bench. That's good too.

kman: The reverse grip felt natural and beneficial. I'm probably going to use that as my main bench accessory movement.

ricka: Thanks, but I'm not using anything special. It's just Windows Movie Maker.

gaspers: I didn't have a problem with it.

Iron Manlet: Thanks. Yeah, leave the pump to the bodybuilders. We want to be brutally strong, not look pretty.

Bench Press: 205x3,3,3

- I'm still using a close grip for my primary style. These three sets felt very strong, especially the first one. They also felt easier than when I was using a wider grip with this weight, a couple of months ago.

Pull-Up: BW+90x3,3,3

(overhand, underhand, neutral)

Dip: BW+135x3,3,2

Face Pull (Rope): 120x8,8,8
