06.30.10

Back Squat: 365x3,3,3

- These triples were difficult because I did barbell rows, yesterday, which made my whole back sore, mainly the lats, but also the upper and lower back. I won't make that mistake again, one month from now, going into the heaviest squat session of the next cycle.

Cybex Squat Press: sled+540x6,6,6

- less accessory work due to it being the heaviest training week of the monthly cycle

(15-20 second hold after the 3rd rep of the 3rd set)

Strict Press: 165x3,3,3

- This was a PR for the 3rd set and redemption after the sh!tty performance in the strict press, last week.
