Band Deadlift: 345+orange x 3,3,3

(~435-455 at the top)

- EFS short orange (light) bands put underneath feet.

- held for a while after the 3rd rep of the 3rd set


Strict Press: 165x2

- I failed the 3rd rep in that one and only set. This was disappointing because my goal for the day was 3,3,3, improving on 3,3,2 from last week. I don't like making excuses, but I got about half my usual amount of sleep, two days in a row because of a security gig. I left after the strict press, not doing any other accessory stuff, so that my body can fully recover for the Week 4 (heaviest) training sessions, starting on Tuesday, two days after this workout. Also, this was the third week in a row that I used 165 for the strict press, so that takes a toll too.

I frequently go through my log to see what numbers I need to hit, each day in the gym. I would rather not have it cluttered with stupid crap from that e-tard because it makes finding previous training sessions more difficult.

Plus, he's not really entertaining, just annoying with the same old videos of me. This is the guy who was boasting not about PRs, only about having his DW thread being made into a sticky in the BB.com exercise section.

I know your frustration with presses. I go through days where I am just completely bomb even when feeling good. Hang in there and get it next time.
