I lean forward quite a bit on the squat too. Mine could be ab strength.

Could any of this be body structure related? My body structure sucks for squatting, meaning that ATG I am just a hair below parallel. And when going parallel I fell like the forward lean helps me sink.

Max...you and I seem to squat in the same style, but it's hard to tell your body structure.

Isn't the amount of forward lean dictated by torso/femur length though?

I dunno, certainly not an expert. Just was taught that it had to do more with maintaining a straight/locked back rather than trying to have a vertical torso throughout the movement which kills hip drive if I'm not mistaken.

Those squats looked good to me, but I'd certainly defer to those more experienced on the matter.

I have quite a bit of forward lean as well being 6'4 with an 80+ inch wingspan.

Yeah, you guys are correct. I forgot to mention the anthropometric factors involved in the squat. Some people are predisposed to lean forward based on the length of their torso and thigh.

Deadlift: 470x3,3,2

- This was my first time doing deadlifts with the lame, non-round Iron Grips plates since 2008. I compensated for the 0.75" deficit (due to the lower height of those plates) by putting a five-pound plate beneath each side. The only problem I still had was that the plates were being misaligned after each rep, as you can see in the video, which caused me to adjust it before the next rep. This is one more reason why most commercial gyms annoy the excrement out of me. However, it was still good, considering my other PRs were/are 465x3,3,2 and 475x3,2.

Strict Standing Press: 155x5,4,2

- The PR of 155x5 was very satisfying, but I wanted at least three reps for the third set.

Face Pull (Rope): 110x8,8,8

Hanging Pike: BWx20,13,9

Standing Calf Raise: 300x20,20,20

i had my 1st experience with those plates yesterday.... ****ing worst idea ever... why the **** would they make octagonal plates... luckily i was just benching, but even then they annoyed the **** out of me
