- reps were sloppy here, especially toward the end of each set

Dumbbell Curl: 45x5,5,5 (each hand)

- alternating hands and supinating palms down to up

Standing Calf Raise: 355x13,13,13

Back Squat: 340x3,3,3

Partial Zercher Squat: 405x1,0

- My PR from this height (lowest setting that I can do the Zercher in the Hammer Strength rack @ Gold's) is 405x2, done last week. It looked like I failed the 2nd rep of the first set during the last half of the lift because the bar was coming up higher on my right side. I didn't have anything left for the 2nd set.

Standing Cable Crunch (Rope): 150x15,15,15

Kettlebell Twisting Deadlift: 50x8,8,8 (each hand)

- This is done by lifting a kettlebell with the right hand from your left side and bringing it to your right side (and vice-versa), keeping the legs straight.

Concept2 Rower: 2000 meters - 9 minutes and 10 seconds
