10 reasons why I hate D to the Dubya

1.He is afraid to gain weight.If your under 200's your not a manly man, CMON!

2.He has more body hair then me.

3.He is flexible enough to do zerchers straight off the floor.

4.I saved his life from a failed log press attempt, told him to put on elbow sleeves he did, got the lift 2nd time around but didn't give me a hug.

5.He is still pissed off I text-ed him @midnight to come to a friends bday party, but I meant the following night, not that night.

6.I make fun of him constantly behind his back, but its really in front of his face since I am doing it in the mirrors at our gym.

7.I won't "get out of the SQUAT RACK!"

8.I am about 2-3 inches taller then him and call him mini me.

9.I was called "Conan" before he was.

10.I think this list should be top 10 reasons he should hate me.

Bench Press: 195x3,3,3

- I started putting my feet flat on the floor again, like I was doing a while ago. I think this will be better for leg drive and stability, compared to being on my toes which is better for the arch if you don't have a lot of flexibility.

Chin-Up: BW+50x5,5,5

Dip: BW+90x7,7,6

- The 7th rep of the 3rd set was almost locked out, but not quite finished. It was still better than last week, when I did 7,7,5 with BW+90.

BTB: No, I'm using the Bob Gaynor deadlift program and training split, along with doing the same wave system and set/rep scheme for my other main lifts (squat, bench press, and close-grip bench) on the other three training days of the week.
