Nice workout DW, I'm going to start really focusing on strength soon so I'/ll probably be checking out your log a lot.

kman: True, but it's always best to strive for absolute strength, not just relative strength.

Mombow: Thanks, but 600 is going to take a while. That's a long-term goal for me, bro. I'm 65 pounds away. That doesn't seem like a whole hell of a lot, but when you've been lifting for as long as me, even PRs of five pounds can take longer than you think.

Sneezy: Thanks. Yeah, I don't use any assistance for the GHRs, like a push-off. If I did, then I wouldn't be holding a plate behind my head for extra resistance.
