Valid point, don't want your arms falling off, all though I still stick to my belief that what makes something a zercher style of holding it with the arms opposed to LS where it is just the motion.

I've tried them once and held with arms. But they made me feel like a pussy...especially after seeing DW nail 300+. That is simply outrageous.

- I never did the face pull with bands until this session.

* The bands were crossed for the final set.

Glute-Ham Raise: BW+22x10,9,8

- I alternated the GHR sets with the GHSU sets, one after the other.
