Thanks. Yeah, it does, but that's the front of the lower leg, on the shin, not the calves.

^ My spotter/lift-off guy was leaving when I arrived at the gym, so I only did one PR attempt.

- After I left the gym, I realized that I should've done a back-off set with lighter weight after that 1RM.

Two-Arm Grenade Pulldown, Straight Arms: 8,7 with 90

^ I can't remember whether it was 8,8 or 8,7.

- This was the first time that I ever did a pulldown with straights arms, whether it's with a grenade or a regular cable attachment. Sickening pump in my lats.


Two-Arm Pushdown w/ V-Bar & Fat Gripz: 10,9,8 with 150


Chest-Supported Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise: 12,11 with 20s


Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 8,7 with 40s

^ First four reps were very easy. Stopped after I got six, but maybe could've done one more.


Strict Standing Press: 2 fails with 195

^ That was a 5lb PR attempt from the rack, which would've tied my PR after a clean. A little frustrating, but I wasn't fresh, so I wasn't too pissed off. Anyway, the 495x6 was the only thing I really wanted. This would've just been a little bonus.


Leg Curl, Lying: 7,6,5 with 190


Face Pull, Seated w/ Fat Gripz: 8,7,6 with 70


Curl w/ Short Bar + Fat Gripz: 6,5 with 90
