Speed Bench Day

Speed Bench
8x3 @ 225 Felt great, no shoulder issues.

Incline
5x10 @ 135 Keeping it light, light weight even seems to aggravate the shoulder area.

Incline DB Press
2x10 @ 50 S/A/A

Incline DB Flys
2x10 @ 25 S/A/A

Narrow Bench
1x5 @ 225 1x5 @ 275 1x5 @ 315

Skull Crushers
5x10 @ 70

Upright Rows
4x12 @ 70

Horizontal Rotation
2x20 @ 10

By the time I reached the Narrow bench my Left shoulder area was aching bad. I will continue at these approximate weights for about 4-6 weeks then re-evaluate my lifts.

As always, BCAAs were consumed during the workout and PWO was a whey shake.

Weighed in tonight, still @ 322 ...

Not as often as I should, I'll throw in some rotation work here and there. Let's face it, 8lb inside rotations aren't as fun as 500lbs squats...lol But all in all, I'm back from an injury and being "off" for six months. I didn't have any false expectations that I would jump in right where I had left off, I'm going to keep training and posting. This site has been a motivator for me, I'll be at work and think "I need to get home get my w/o in and get it posted". It's just that little nudge that I needed to get back on track.
