Thanks K, it is light weight, Left shoulder has been through hell, A/c separation & a rotator cuff injury. Trying slowly to build that area back up. Some lifts no prob, some major pain.

I'm back after a brief absence, training hasn't been worthy to log. Very hit and miss, I've been keeping it simple Bench, Deads, Squats and cardio. I thinks things are starting to slow down now.
