Well gang been away from here for a couple weeks, have had computer issues and its that time of year when I get busy as hell.
Any way short update as I posted this in the beginner forum along with a question.

Into Phase 3 of my new training program and today was really good I'm away from doing the big 3 at every workout and also not just eating everything in sight but really trying to clean up my diet a bit. Overall I feel great about where I'm at but have to get serious over next 2 months on high intesity cardio. 1st competition is in July and I want to be in great shape for it.

quick note about training today, didnt go super hard in gym tonight due to the fact i was a dumbarse and ran into a fence playin softball last night. OUCH shoulder and ribs are sore as hell and the jokers i was playin with didnt tell me just how close the fence was getting LOL.

Ok i'm in phase 3 of MBS by Ferruggia. Tonight was deadlifts, incline DB bench and incline DB rows. Really felt good and gives a great workout.

Adding a picture tonight. Do ya think I was close enough to the bar for my DL.

ain't that the truth BTB, i can tell its softball season here cuz of the constant presence of a rasberry on my legs. I figger if I ain't dirty and scratched I ain't playin hard. Makes for a fun cardio workout once a week too.

Great Cardio last night, its amazing how much of an arse kicker jump rope is. Cant wait to add something additional into my circuit i'm doing now.
We are working on getting a tire at the station to do flips with and hit with a hammer.

I did quite a bit of jumping rope in my teens. It was one of my staples back when I could jump without killing myself

WOW, been a day or two since I posted an update. This time of year keeps me super busy. I am loving what I am doing in the gym right now phase 3 of ferruggias training program is awesome. I am really seeing some strength gains again.

Today was a cardio day and I did battling ropes followed jump rope x100, then 30 mountain climbers followed by a 1 minute rest with a total of 5 sets in the circuit. Absolutely wears my arse out. Cant wait to add more, next week will be doing it with an "airpack" on for added stress.
