Thanks Coop, it truly makes a difference having the encouragement from the folks on the boards. Makes bragging on the good days fun, and the not so good days its nice to get some positive feedback.

Well tried to mix it up a bit tonight and only did the big 3, HOLY HELL, but i also moved more weight for the 5 total sets of each than i ever have. Squat (185 5x5), Bench(125 5x5) and DL ( 175 5x5). I was spent when I got done, but damn its a good spent.

Still struggle with my diet, just making sure I am eating enough to build muscle is almost a full time job. HAHA
I do have a couple questions to ask someone when I have a bit more time. Really working at getting the 8 hrs sleep when I can. Tommorow is a conditioning day and I'm at the fire station hope it goes well.

Just finished a great conditioning drill, really got the heart rate going. First time doing this one and I really liked it. I am really getting into doing some conditioning stuff a couple days a week.

Ok gang just getting around to writing about my last time spent with the iron. Its been a crazy hectic weekend, but I couldnt go any longer without writing. Friday left me seriously "jacked up". I finally went over the 200 mark on my squats. Earlier in the week I was doing 190 for 5x5, well Friday I took it up a notch. after a first set of 190, i didnt just go for 200 I wanted to SMASH it. I jumped up 20 pounds and did 3 sets with 210. It felt friggin AWESOME!!!!! When talking with a co worker telling him I needed to go for my max on squats and told him what I had been doing. He informed me my max would prolly be alot higher than I was talking about. I seriously cant wait to hit it again. My other lifts were good too but I have been so focused on hitting that 200 mark with my squats. I am finding out I probably have been not pushing my self as hard as I thought I was. Thats good to know. Now I gotta keep working on improving my diet.

UBER pumped tonight.

I hit new records today. Where to start, where to start? Well Working on my 1rm max on squats. Started at 225, and got clear to 270. My bench I finally did 3 sets of 5 reps with a single plate on each side. Yea that is a big deal to me cuz my upper body is my weak point. Moving on to DL 3 sets with 225. I am super jacked up about this and now finally see where I am getting stronger and that has been one of my goals STRENGTH!!!!!

Awesome day. Great workout. And I know how you feel about benches. I started with 95 pounds and was extremely weak.

Killer conditioning today, as I continue to work towards getting into "competion" fit, I have been doing some good conditioning stuff and today was a great one.

1 set is 20 seconds of "battling ropes" and then jump rope 100x forward with one minute rest between sets. total of 5 sets. KILLER KILLER
