Looking to zero in for a show. Not sure which yet because Wisconsin doesn't have many. I count calories and protein, and cycle calories. My higher calories days are generally high carb days...I don't add protein on those days.

Day 2: 03/16/2010: Back

Workout Time: 53 minutes

Workout Grade: B

Calories: 2300

Food Notes: Eating a lot of (lightly) breaded tilapia and black beans for dinner. PWO was a Little Debbie Swiss Cake Roll.

Battled a sinus headache all day. It started to ramp up after deadlifts. I was sweating like a little piggy (thanks to Anabolic Addiction). My energy was down slightly today, but I still had a good deadlift session. I thought I was going to blow lunch in the middle of my light deadlfit set.

Also, I received my Sting Ray today, so Saturday is going to be a NDE with squats and then front squats. I hope my Buffalo Bar is in by them.
