I really enjoyed Carriers, although the gf wasnt as much of a fan. Chris Pine really brought it, although the one girl playing his bro's friend was nauseatingly bad.
I watched 20 minutes last night and already wanted the bro friend to die. The 20 minutes I saw were decent.

BTN presses feel better on my shoulders than military presses. I keep my shoulder blades locked tight and lower back arched - and these is this nice groove that I hit. But with no hair on my head, I do rip the flesh off the back of my skull.

If you feel clicking, don't do them. I don't do heavy flyes because of clicking.

Yeah buddy. I need constant pushing and motivation. I'm a stress eater and that's my big enemy.

I want 190 ripped...

One day down! I'm excited. this has been a good year, and I'm ready to close the deal.

Haha, I can almost envision a movie from the details you provided; all you need to do know is become Mr.Olympia and die of a cocaine addiction :P. Really nice background and I'm interested in how you cut goes^^.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark out, and we're wearing sunglasses.
