CUT TIME!!!!!

8 MAR 10

BACK, and HAMMYs

DEADLIFT>>> 125x15/ 225x8/ 315x8/ 365x8/ 405x2/ 455x failed/ 425 failed/ 315x6--- got kinda carried away as i havent done deads in many months, i wanted to see if i still had the strength...

Laying leg curls>>> 140x10/140x10/140x8/125x10/125x10

BW pullups>>> 15/12/11/10/10 with pause at bottom..

Bent over DB rows>>> 90x10/85x12/85x10/80x12/80x12

Diet
shake and oats and creatine
lean beef and green beans
missed meal
PWO shake
tuna and green beans
shake and oats for bed
Lookin good, nighty. Nice looking deads for being off them for a while. Heck, nice looking deads anyway. But what I'm impressed with is the leg curls. Wow! My hammys hurt just thinkin of it.

Good luck on the cut. Take care of your back. I do think that where arthritus is concerned, it is probably best to keep the area as active as possible. At least it will keep you from thinking you're old and feeble. It can't kill ya if it can't catch ya.

Great job on the workout. Be careful with the back. Whether it is a cool story or a bad story it is still a back injury.

I know I'm not speaking to a rookie NT, but man be careful with that many reps on the DL's and those 315's after your 2 fails. This workout looked similar to mine the day I hurt my back (except mine was a bit lighter). And hell, you are already fragile.

But it's impressive nonetheless! You put the work in!

Handle this cut NT!! Work out looks good, holding off on the cardio right now looks like a good idea, let that calorie cut soak in first!

Ugh... made my back cringe reading that. Take it easy on movements that would aggravate that. Just work this cut and heal up buddy.
