i finally brokedown and paid for 2 months at the gym around the corner... it is a shit hole but they have weights and i will be able to continue working out... i will however have to tweak my program until i get back to the states.... i will only have about an hour, give or take, due to the ungodly hours im working and the travel time to and from work... but i will get it in and see if i can start putting some size back on and worry about cutting when i get home... hell that's what the winter is for anyways, RIGHT?

oh Steve the program is just gona be basic... simple one body part a day for 5 days and two rest days... nothing super fancy, basically just gona try to kill every work out from this point on.... that being said, i will post up work outs from thursday and tonight....



Thursday- 11 nov 2010--

first day in new gym, hella cramped and lots of old beat up equipment--- gota love it, but there are some swole mother focking dudes in there, and a shit load of skinny one too... me and my roomate are the only americans in there.......

Back--
4 sets of pull ups to failure @ body weight
seated cable rows-- 4 sets
seated lat cable pull downs-- 4 sets
machine lat pull downs, kinda like a hammer strength machine-- 4 sets
BO single arm DB rows- 3 sets
Sumo deads-- 3 sets

really good work out for the first one i have really gotten in since i have been here

Chest--

Machine flat bench- 4 sets
decline BB press-- 4 sets
DB incline press- 3sets
machine pull overs-- 3 sets
close grip machine incline press- 2 sets
2 sets of push ups to failure....

had a freaking awesome pump going on, my roommate is sooooo ready to get this show on the road, i will have all the push i need.............. Finally something good to say about being over here

ok so i have been busy as all get out this past week......

BUT, i have made it to the gym every night that i was supposed to train!!!!

and evrything is going as planned, im starting to like the little shit hole gym i goto. i can make noise and no one says anything to me, i can drop weights and no one says anything...
this place is like a dungeon, but with some shitty ass equipment... but i think i have it worked out and have aplan to pack on some serious weight until i head back to the states.... wish me luck and and i will start updating this at least once every couple of days.......... NT
