LEGS

Leg press-- 180x10/ 200x20/20/20/20/20

WALL Squats-- 20/20/20

legs where hard to do as there is no squat rack or BarBell and the universal machine only goes up to 200lbs... oh well something is better than nothing

Flat bench -- 150x10/170x10/ 190x6/ 180x8
Decline Bench-- 180x16/6/6

Hammer curl/ overhead DB press-- 40x8/8/8/7-- these things are a MFer!!!!
standing DB lateral raises-- 25x8/8/8/8

pretty decent work out considering, i was actually almost happy with it

easy night i only did Back and then it was only 2 excercises, boy do i have to find me a gym.....
