Back and Biceps

Hyper ext- 2 sets of 15-- nice and slow, full range of motion, and held the rep at the full contracted position
Bent over BB rows--135x12/ 185x10/205x8/225x7/225x7
Decline DB pullovers-- 75x10x5 sets
Lat pulldowns- w/v-handle-- 160x12/180x10/160x9/140x12/140x10
Seated DB curls-- 40x8/45x8/50x7/50x5/35x12-- spent!!! another AWESOME PUMP


this week was crazy, had to go to the field and then graduate the students... last three days were true hell... good thing I don't pick up a new class for a week, thank GOD!!!

I tired just reading it. Great job on the Bent Rows. This almost looks like a bulking routine. Good Job NT.

Thanks Steve, they felt pretty good.... 1st time i have done them in some time... well i was doing DB rows but they feel different in thier own way

had my appt with the Physical Therapist yesterday, she said i can continue to hit the gym and do whatever i want... just make sure i watch my form.... good thing she gave me the go ahead, cause i was gona do it anyways... LOL

Flat DB bench press-- 90x6/95x6/95x6/95x5/ 100x3--- man these where good!!! but i spent all my energy here and my Incline numbers suffered, oh well

Incline DB bench press-- 85x7.75 (failed at very top of number 8)/ 80x7/75x8/75x10/75x6
cable flys-- 25x12/25x12/25x10/20x12/20x12
decline situps-- 5 sets of 15
cable 21s-- 5 sets at 42.5 pounds-- these things are sooo awesome, the pump was INSAINE!!! arms hurt after the 1st set!!!!

diet
shake, oats, creatine
chicken and green peas
chicken and green peas
PWO shake of protien and creatine
tuna and corn
bed time shake of protien and oats
