ok so im starting a new log, since im dne with the slin sane...

BACK, and HAMMYs

DEADLIFT>>> 125x15/ 225x8/ 315x8/ 365x8/ 405x2/ 455x failed/ 425 failed/ 315x6--- got kinda carried away as i havent done deads in many months, i wanted to see if i still had the strength...

Laying leg curls>>> 140x10/140x10/140x8/125x10/125x10

BW pullups>>> 15/12/11/10/10 with pause at bottom..

Bent over DB rows>>> 90x10/85x12/85x10/80x12/80x12

Diet
shake and oats and creatine
lean beef and green beans
missed meal
PWO shake
tuna and green beans
shake and oats for bed
