BB shrugs-- 225x10x4 sets
Standing DB lat raises-- 35x10x4 sets
Seated Db shoulder press-- 70x8/70x8/70x8/70x7
incline DB bench press-- 80x8/8/7/7
HS Decline press-- 140x12/12/12/15---- very slow, full range, with good squeeze at top...

Diet
4am-Shake= protien
8am-Shake= protien, oats, creatine
11am- 6inch ham and cheese subway
3pm- 6inch ham and cheese subway
5:30pm- PWO protien and creatine
7:30- bad nighttrain= fetticine alfredo

lying leg curls-- 125x10/140x10/125x10/125x10
leg press-- 440x10x4sets on leg sled-- really fet this in my hamstrings
Squats-- 225x8/315x8/405x6/475x1------- AAAAAWWWWWWWWWW 500x1!!!!!!!!!!! newest PR!!!! i'm freaking stoked
sumo deads-- 225x8/315x6/ 405x2/ 455xfailed--- man i so wanted to get this along with the Squat PR!!! oh well dropped right back down and did 405x2
