I'll probably go gymless or skip M-W this week, sucks but My stepson is coming to live with us and my wife's nephew is coming to see him and we got alot of **** to get done

A few days off from the gym is not that bad, sometimes can be a good thing.

When I was younger I used to go crazy during forced times away from the gym. Hopefully this deload will have you bounce back stronger.

Damn man, up at 3 am today?

Best of luck hitting that 440. I am going to keep grinding out squats twice a week for a while and getting my form grooved so I don't think I'll beat you.

Fri - 11 Jun 10 - Tire Change

Yup, instead of working out today, I got to change a ****ing tire at 3am. The city of Security Colorado apparantly thinks it's a good idea to grate the road and not put up any signs warning drivers to slow down. So I hit a pipe cover at 40 mph and destroyed my tire. Pretty decent arm workout jacking the car up and using that piece of **** lug wrench though.
