Dairy is a point of contention among paleo eaters... mammals obviously consume it, but we're the only ones that have ever consumed it past infancy. So, I am of the opinion that if you can tolerate dairy then go for it.
I typically eat 1 serving of fruit a day (apple, banana, melons, or berries)... if ketosis is your goal though either avoid it or limit to 1/2 a serving a day.

Massive pump from shoulder to wrist after this

Abs: warmup with 15 incl. situps (7th/highest), 15 side bends, 25 ab wheel
4 sets: 8 inlc. situps w/25 lbs (7th, 5th, 3rd, 1st), 20 side bends, 50 ab wheel

It wasn't too bad. I was a bit apprehensive when the weight was first on my back, but I really focused on pushing my knees out during this session like I've seen you talk about and that's a great way to ensure good form (not perfect, but good). Once it went down and up once, I knew I had 5. Next week it'll be 425.

Have you ever run lower reps? Like 2's or 3's? I really hate sets over 4 reps on squats atm and found the 8x2 a darn nice change.

My plan is to do what I'm doing until: A. I'm so bored with it I want to quit or B. I stop making progress with it. Only one of those 2 will make me change it. I've gained 10 lbs while tightening my belt so physique wise it's working and I keep putting up more weight every week.

That's great progress. So few people ever use the Paleo approach along with brutal strength training. That may be the magic combo for gaining muscle and dropping fat.
