Great photo's Kit,

Your quads, and your back are showing some good bass muscle. You have made a huge amount of progress from the earlier pics I have seen of you.

In several of your pics you appear to be slightly skewed in your stance. Is this just the pics or do you have a spinal issue? I know for myself I was not standing at an optimal body position when I took pics. I'll need to work on that next time.

thanks guys.

GL, my posture is bad, has been that way forever and I need to conscious about it not to slip into a skewed posture, although the way I was standing makes it look a lot worse than it really is. Not sure if it is a spinal issue. Touchwood, never ever had problems with the back, so never really got a doc to take a look at it.

On another note, weighed in at 169 lbs, up by 1 lb this week.

Good job on the weight gain.

I have some lower back issues as well. I must keep my lower back strong or it gives me problems. I don't see a Chiropractor regularly anymore, but I used to. I still see one as needed, but I have not needed to for a few years.

Time for the weekly updates for stats. Pics will be around in another 2 weeks time, i.e. end of first quarter of the challenge.

* Bodyweight: 168 --> 169 (end of week 1) --> 170 (current, end of week 2)
(+2 lbs since I started the transformation challenge)
* Havent measured biceps etc.
* Deadlifts back to old max after dipping below 300.
* Felt tired before starting the heavy day, so I didnt shoot for PRs, however, I did a total of 20-30 reps per lift via singles, doubles and triples with weights around 95%, 90% and 85% of the max.

You have a nice structue to your frame. But I would watch the diet closely as to not gain much more fat.
