I didn't think so, but I was trying to figure out how you're performing the supersets.

I'm more of a T-bar guy myself, simply because I hate doing exercises that require me to switch hands and basically double the amount of sets. With that said, I did perform DB rows for many, many years.

If I had a t-bar, I would easily omit DB rows. I like using both appendages at once.

This Safety Bar is made differently than the one that I am accustomed to. I think I overshot the percentages due to the difference. This one gives me more of a front squat feel. Other than being tired, I felt a little weak.
