How are you finding the TSFL to be overall? Is your energy generally up?

My biggest issue is that I like to eat a big dinner, and if I don't I drive myself crazy wanting to graze.

When do you normally eat your "lean & green" meal? For dinner?

Day 6 TSFL

TSFL won today. Our scale is screwed up, so I don't know the weight loss. I was down 4 lbs 2-3 days ago(when it supposedly was working).

I can definitely see the physique differences.

Incline is definitely my weakest press compared to the others you will see.

Overall, TSFL is great. let me know if you want to get started with it. its also a good source of extra income, especially for trainers. I have not had anyone fail that has stuck with this program. It is easy to transition and maintain with.

After Day 4 energy levels boost, and you feel normal.

My lean n green is usually for dinner, but it can be anytime.
Its very filling.
