i wish i had a good workout partner.....

at least now i can occasionally get at least one friend to squat with me.... you know, until we hit two plates, then they're outa there

Keep up the great work bw! A good workout partner is always a huge help. In the last couple of months a few of my close friends have turned into excellent workout partners. they may not be as strong as me, but they still know how to push me to my limits.

That looks like a pretty intense DE day, you are a strong man

I am excited to see the chains around the neck, that is pretty bad ass

Thanks, and the chain are badass. I have to manipulate it to make them weight even more
