Haven't been posting on diet lately.... To sum it up quickly, I've been eating a ton, a ton of ****ty food.

Dunno, diet's a bit overrated in imo, as long as the caloric needs and macros are met.

I agree guys, although my macros are probably ****ty as well.

Hhf- if you were eating junk food at your calorie level you'd be done eating at breakfast lol.

HEX BAR DL- 225x5, 275x3, 315x3, 315x5, 315x3, 315x5, 315x5PR (but i only have done once before... could easily do more)

~SUPER SETTED WITH~

BB POWER SHRUGS-315x5, 385x3, 385x3, 385x3, 405x4PR, 405x2, END OF SS, 435x2PR, 445x1PR

NOTES
-SQUAT FELT SO EASY. I think i could get at least 335 right now. depth on 1st one was questionable, but 2nd one was parrallel at least.
--My plan to focus on front squat for a while seems to have paid off.
---soon to get 350!!!!!
-Super Set was crazy, i was dripping with sweat.
-Felt so damn STRONG!!!
-IM FEELING GREAT

Looks good Kman. But I have to question the weight on your shrugs. I didn't build mine with going that heavy on shrugs and I promise you it's one of my best bodyparts. I never shrug with more than about 185 but most of the time it's 135 & 155. Full ROM is important, but I like doing them after Deads.

But all that said the log looks great!
