thanks... i hate bench... it ****s on my total... not that my squat and dl are rediculously high, but some guys my size i know bench 250+... this would really help.

Default Week 1- Workout 1- Bench

WORKOUT BENCH
Bench-135x8, 150x6, 165x4, 180x3, 195x2, 215xmiss, 205x1, 205xmiss crappy workout. will try 215 again next week.
Incline DB bench- 45x8, 60x6, 75x5, 75x5 WTF???? this felt extemely ****ty.... i was sore as hell and just spent from bench
Random **** (a few sets with a friend)............
Tri push down-50x8, 60x8, 70x8, 85x8PR

NOTES
-sucks when your only PR is tri push down.
-plan to hammer shoulders and CGBP thurs and then get 215 next week.

EDIT: tomorrow i will SQUAT my ass off! pumped for this!
