Do they ask you to leg-work in the gym classes? From this and the other posts it seems to me your gym classes have a ton of benching and some curling.

They hadn't until today.... I knew because of it I wouldn't be able to do OH tomorrow so I didn't do the leg extensions an ham curled so that I could squat tomorrow.

Also I have no desire to do machine leg work, other than the leg press which I do occasionally.

But anyway, typically all we do is bench...,..
