-Incline- with this weight its such a workout getting started, i think i'll have to go for higher reps or do BB. i hate DB bench (and bb)
-SQUAT- felt great! Once again felt strong as hell
--slightly high, as are all my squats. as long as i keep the same ROM i'm going to keep adding weight. i will fix depth later. one of the 335s was parallel though
---damn, im loving these. i feel in 2-3 weeks 350 shall be mine. once i get to 375 i will fix depth.
----wow!!!!! just so pumped- feel like there's more i wanted to add, but cant think right now..... if i'm feeling good next week, i'll go for 345

Another Note-
usually i would seperate deads (especially after maxing) further from squats.... i could feel that i had DL'd 2 days prior, but everything felt good and it almost made me more aware of my body.

by the way, talk about an ab workout. i really focused on keeping the abs tight, since i squat beltless, and the last set my abs were sore as hell haha

Great stuff Kman, PRs all over the place way to go. Keep up the good work, your bench will come around. Bench is the hardest to gain weight on for me too. Just keep working at it, and strengthen those accessory muscles.

But sweet squats!!

im thinking of swapping bb bench for incline bb bench. then swap flat DB for incline DB.

i would still Do CGBP once a week too.
