you BETTER play tennis, mine is a joke as well, but honestly its fun as hell. i started soph yr first time ever and now im pretty decent and am a captain. ****s fun as hell and you progress extremely fast. just get dat dere serve down. plus lifting definitely helps and if you have size/power you can often win

yeah it only takes about 2-3 hours out of my day, great form of cardio, i get to take the shirt off and get a tan (lulz, bishes mire dont hate)...and play a sport that i thoroughly enjoy.

oh haha i get good cardio from it. if i dont take off shirt or wear sleveless i get a terrible farmers tan, gonna enjoy the warm weather soon hopefully. they do love it tho lulz

Default Week 2- Workout 1- Bench.... say what? SQUAT???

Bench- 135x5, 155x3, 175x2, 190x1, 205x1, 215xFML MISS, 205x1, 205x1 Kind of a PR. 1st time getting 205x1x3
DB INCLINE- 40x8, 60x6, 70x5, 70x6PR going to go to 65s and add reps.

SO I'M FEELING LIKE ****! CANT FIND THE HANDLE I USE FOR TRI PUSH DOWN. SEE ITS ALMOST 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTS (OR SO I THOUGH) AND JUST DECIDE TO PACK UP.

REALIZE I HAVE 30 MINUTES LEFT. WTF? SQUAT!

Squat-135x5, 185x3, 245x2, 275x1, 305x1, 315x1, 335x1PR, 335x1 !!!!!, 315x3PR, 315x1, 315x1, 315x1

NOTES
-bench sucks!
-Incline- with this weight its such a workout getting started, i think i'll have to go for higher reps or do BB. i hate DB bench (and bb)
-SQUAT- felt great! Once again felt strong as hell
--slightly high, as are all my squats. as long as i keep the same ROM i'm going to keep adding weight. i will fix depth later. one of the 335s was parallel though
---damn, im loving these. i feel in 2-3 weeks 350 shall be mine. once i get to 375 i will fix depth.
----wow!!!!! just so pumped- feel like there's more i wanted to add, but cant think right now..... if i'm feeling good next week, i'll go for 345
