Hey. I'm a girl. I heard you needed more of us on this forum.

I'm a busy girl. So I don't have a lot of time for posting but I'm going to keep a training log here as a help for motivation.

Here's today.

Feedback is welcome. Main goals are to trim up my backside and thighs and show some muscles (visible abs would be great) by losing some bodyfat.

My current eating plan is what my husband tells me. High protien and low carb with a carb refeed.

Too long. I was late back to work. We were at the gym for an hour and a half. And then the hot tub wasn't hot. Boo hoo. Every friday they refill it. Why don't they do it when they close early on Saturday night?

We're going to change up our workout next week. Looking forward to not overtraining. We'll be training for strength so using lower reps.

At least this week I didn't drop a bar on my head when I did back and bis. Last week I was very distracted and pulled the pin on the cables with a heavy bar over head and BAM. However this week I was doing cable cross-over flies and smashed my thumb into my finger on the other side. Hmm. Maybe I'm accident prone.

An hour's about my mental limit.

Go get strong! I try to help my wife get stronger, but she somewhat fears the weight.

We individually probably could have squeezed it into an hour if I hadn't been with her. Always slows it down a bit to be together. But either way, it was definately pushing my limits. Especially after a whole week of hour and a half workouts. Pretty beat.

I smash my knuckles up almost every time I do cable flies to, so don't feel alone on that one.
