Hey. I'm a girl. I heard you needed more of us on this forum.
I'm a busy girl. So I don't have a lot of time for posting but I'm going to keep a training log here as a help for motivation.
Seated Cable Rows
Cable Pull Downs
Reverse Flies (Machine) (the machine I prefer was available today)
Straight Arm Cable Pulldowns
DB Hammer Curls
DB Concentration Curls
Feedback is welcome. Main goals are to trim up my backside and thighs and show some muscles (visible abs would be great) by losing some bodyfat.
My current eating plan is what my husband tells me. :D High protien and low carb with a carb refeed.

Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to seeing you make progress and hit your goals. The workout looks solid. How long did this session take?
We're going to change up our workout next week. Looking forward to not overtraining. We'll be training for strength so using lower reps.
At least this week I didn't drop a bar on my head when I did back and bis. Last week I was very distracted and pulled the pin on the cables with a heavy bar over head and BAM. However this week I was doing cable cross-over flies and smashed my thumb into my finger on the other side. Hmm. Maybe I'm accident prone. :)

I smash my knuckles up almost every time I do cable flies to, so don't feel alone on that one.
