Default Terrible Workout today

I do not know what happened today but I woke up and my entire body was sore, I think doing a serious back workout was an awful idea yesterday. And then of top of things, the bench crew was not working out to day so I went to the gym and did my ME bench day and it just did not go well.

ME Bench Press
Bench Press
135x8, 225x3, 275x2, 315x1, 345xmissx2, 315x1, 225x14
Everything felt really heavy today, and I could not find a good spotter to get a good lift off and my state of mind was all thrown off when I could not work out with the bench crew, there is always next week

Dumbell Tricep rollbacks
45x3x8

Band Pull aparts
3x15

Tricep Pushdown plus mini band
100x6, 130x2x6

Close grip floor press
185x2x8
superset with
Dumbell side raises
20x2x8

Accessory lifts were good but my max effort was awful, hopefully tomorrow goes better.

I think it was just a combination of bad things, not being to bench with the crew, not finding a good spotter, not liking the benches at the gym, and doing way too much back and bis after not doing them in over a month.

It all adds up to a shitty day, more inspiration for a good squat/deadlift day.

It happens dude, don't even sweat it. Just listen to your body,take out your aggression on something else. Inches and Yards,day in, day out, once the new year hits, I and the stress load is relieved I am sure you will hit a heavy pr on the bench. Just keep at it,relentlessly when you feel it, and back off when you don't.

ME Squat/Deadlift Day

Box Squats equal shitty
225x5, 315x3, 365x1, 405x1, 445xmiss x2, 435x1
My squat is going no where, I can not get out of the hole, I am strong at the top. With all my weights I have trouble at the bottom and then they fly up after the first couple inches. I don't know how to fix this.

Deadlifts equal awesome
225x3, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 465x1, 515x1 PR, 525x1 PR
Hit 2 amazing PRs today on deadlift my previous PR was 500 so I crushed that weight by 25 pounds, this was quite a grind and I felt like I was going to pass out afterwards, but it went up and I locked it out.

After these lifts I was wore out, just did some light leg press for high reps and some ab work and called it a day. I am frustrated with my squat but my deadlift was amazing. So it was a good day.

Hang in there. Squats drive me insane as well. It seems I get to a certain point and progress just dies, no matter what I do. Has you max gone up with Sheiko?

It has gone up about 5 pounds in the 4 week program, I was thinking of doing a version of 5-3-1 for my max effort squat days and keeping the speed days, not sure. I think training up to my max in squats in not helping me too much. And I need more of a progression.
