I am in Fredericksburg, VA about 45 minutes out of Washington, D.C. and I play rugby for the University of Mary Washington, we have a very solid division 2 team.

Week 4 Wednesday Sheiko
Today was a very heavy deadlift day and I also made my bench sets a lot heavier. I have felt on this program that the bench sets were too easy and today was a rough day on the bench, but I got through the sets, so I think next round of sheiko I will adjust my bench set to a higher rep. Today according to the spreadsheet, I entered 355 as my max and was still able to complete all the sets.

Deadlift standing on boxes 245х1х3 295.0 х2х3 340 х4х2

Bench press 175х1х5 215х1х4 245х2х3 280x3x3 300x3x2 (these were quite a struggle)

Db Flies or presses х5х10x 100 (light to stretch)


Deadlift 245х1х4 295.0 х1х4 340х2х3 390.0 х3х3 415 х3х2

Goodmorning х5х5x95 (very light just to stretch)


My bench sets were supposed to be much lighter, this is what they should have been:
Bench press 160.0 х1х5 192.0 х1х4 224.0 х2х3 256.0 х3х3 272.0 х3х2

Thank you, I am proud of my numbers, but not satisfied, I am setting some high goals but I know I can reach them.

Thanks guys, this was a very fun workout, the deadlifts actually felt very light and I am starting to like deficit pulls a bit more. You guys are very motivating, and I plan to keep it up and go hard!

I experimented with pointing toes out at more of an angle but I really did not like it. Just did not feel natural.
