Default stepups

Definitely worth flushing the legs out with. Hits the glutes more when you pull up through the heel as opposed to driving up off of the ball of your foot. better on the knees also

thanks for the tip, I definitely try to drive up through the heal it feels better overall and wears out the legs, excellent exercise and a good way to do some single leg work

Here is todays ME Bench day not my best workout ever but it was decent

Barbell Bench Press
185x5,225x3,255x3,285x1,315x1,315x almost 1, 275x2
My bench did not feel great today, my 315 did not have very good form a little bounce off the chest and it felt really heavy but the workout got better as it moved along

Incline Hammer Press
60x8,70x6,80x6,85x5

Elbows out incline extension
35x14,45x10,50x7

t-bar row
4 plates x 10,5x8,6x6,5x6

Dumbell Tricep Extension
35x5,30x10,10

Pullups
12,9,7

Also came home and did a push up and situp workout with my buddy, it may have been a little overkill but I still felt pretty strong and this week will probably be a serious overtraining week followed by an easy week. It is my military buddy's last week at home so we will probably push pretty hard in the gym and outside the gym, should be fun!

I hate doing logs jwood. A blog format works best for me. But I do know logs are good for holding you accountable!

Even if it is overkill, you're doing a buddy good and that's more important. You have your priorities straight

I used to play basketball for hours after training. Youth is forgiving.

Hey Man,
Why did you try 315 twice? Just curious why you didn't throw some more change on the bar?

Good workout
