Thanks MandB, I understand you are just trying to help, I really appreciate because now I have so many ideas when I get into a rut. I love making minor changes to my programs all the time, so keep them coming bud!!

I will take all of the information I can take!! Thanks!

did some awesome sandbag training today, the intensity of it was just crazy.
did a lot of powercleans to press, and also a lot of shouldering, with some abs and other things mixed in.

It was a good time.

I imagine a lot of sweating was involved Great job.

I am going to try the crusher squat/deadlift day today. Wish me luck.

busy weekend, but i will post this weekend's workout and tomorrows workout hopefully tomorrow. A few quick comments, i did the crusher deadlift day and it killed me, I am quite sore from that.

Another note, I think I am going to switch to stiff legged deadlifts for a while. I feel that they hit my lower back better and that is my weakest point. I am going to lighten up a bit and focus on strengthening my low back. I am also going to use good mornings.

There was a ton of sweating but it felt good. I am going to try the crusher squat routine on friday or saturday.

Did a lot of mulching today and I know i am going to be sore from that too.

Sounds like a good plan. Let me know how the good mornings work out for you.

I like to take a really wide stance so I hit my hammies and lower back. But it's best to play with them to get the feel for your body type.

I did the Crusher day yesterday, but started at a lower weight, so I survived.
