if I do a minute of cardio my weight DROOOOOOOOOPS like crazy....so it's going to be fun when I finally do decide to actually cut cause I've always been so concerned with gaining weight, I'll have to figure out a way to compromise

I just add 10 lbs to the training maxes for squats and deadlifts and 5 lbs to the training maxes for MP and bench, then calculate the weight I'll use for each set.

I have everything set up in an Excel doc so all the numbers change automatically when you change the training maxes, so I know what I'm lifting each week of the cycle

Awesome stuff, ahh excel is awesome, even thought I have no idea how to use it, I have it preset! I also have a log to keep track of my prs, and rep pr's along with its own calculator.

5/3/1 is the way to pr city.

I guess I need to get out of the stone age and pony up to Excel. I do enjoy crunching numbers on the calculator though.
