wow....damn...been a while...been so busy, have over 40 clients now, and they are definantly keeping me busy...workouts have been interesting as of late.

Switched up the split, so now I'm doing

Mon: Bench
Tues: Deads and back
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Squats and Legs
Fri: BS work

50x7x10 (FST-7 style)


Bench felt good, got my form checked out a couple weeks ago, really turning the exercise into a fullbody exercise, kinda weird how the switch just flipped.
Also pretty much eliminated warmup for it, just did:

185x2 then on to working sets

actually dropping and its pissing me off....around 206 right now...being a personal trainer is awesome, but damn if it doesn't jack with your progress...have almost 40 clients now so I'm moving all day, plus our gym is two stories so I get my fair share of cardio going up and down the stairs

Wow....Been a while....

BTB was kind enough to email me to see how I've been doing, so I figured I will do my best to get back on to contributing to the forums...

Still following 5/3/1, if it ain't broke I'm not gonna try to fix it, so here are my current training maxes, and I'm about to enter the 5/3/1 cycle so this will be my heavy week:

Bench: 325
Deads: 415
Overhead Press: 195
Squats: 375

Currently at 212 lbs, slowly but surely gaining. Workout whenever I can between clients, I'm usually training people from 5am til 8-9pm everyday, but I do get a few breaks. Just been busy as heck trying to establish that and attempting to have a love life (epic fail).

No more excuses
