Nice Squatting pr, stick with the overhead presses, your shoulders will thank you in a couple of years when everyone else is lifting the bar complaining it hurts and you will have 2plates each side (225) repping away.

I wish....I really wish.....one day...one day
kinda funny how I've always been wanting to bench 300 and squat and dead heavy....but now that I'm getting somewhat close, I REALLY REALLY want to see if I can get to OHP 225....that would be awesome, a lot of work ahead though.

TBar Rows (plenty of people in the gym today so was able to get some people to stand on the end of the bar stuck in the corner):

5 plates x11 (never attempted 5 plates before, dont think I'll be able to go much more because I cant counter my weight against anything more than this I don't think)

Barbell Curls:

DB Shrugs:
dropsets: (100s x10, 90s x10, 80s x10, 70s x10) done twice

Hammer Curls:
20s x10
30s x10
40s x10

-didnt do any pullups today, wanted shoulders to be strong for bench day....I'll save those for after my sets on bench
-deads felt good
-forearms were BLASTED today
