Hope you get well fast.
Couple of years ago I had one that was about 100 times worse, took like 3 weeks before I was walking normal. But I went to the on campus doctors office and they sent me to physical therapy twice and taught me a lot of stretching exercises.

I've actually been doing these same exercises along with a ton of heating pad and icing rotation, and I have to say I feel pretty good, should be good to go by next week, I'll take another easy workout on saturday.

I'll push this week back and restart cycle 9 next week

thanks for everyones concern...

I feel bad for Jewlz, she tries so hard to give me massages but she's so little that she goes as hard as she can and I barely feel it... In her credit, though, she tries none the less!!!

that doesnt sound good. I hate these tiny injuries that wont bug you much, but get in the way the moment you try to lift.

Is it a knuckle issue? Again, I'm not a doctor, and don't even play one on TV, but I've suffered basketball injuries to my fingers in the past and found that if I wrap a thin strip of athletic tape just above the effected knuckle it would help relieve the pain and reestablish some mobility. No prescribing a cure, just thought I'd mention it so maybe you could lift until a doctor could check it out.
