Weighted dips don't usually stress the neck as much as long as you keep your eyes toward and ground and neck relaxed that way. Its when you start looking straight ahead or up that usually causes that strain

feeling great actually, only thing bothering right now (other than what I injured in my workout today, more below) is for some reason my left index finger feels jacked up....its not swollen, and I doubt its a stress fracture, but has been hurting enough to affect my grip on some exercises.

It was really just a freak thing when it happened, cause I've been doing weighted dips forever and at the time I only had 1 plate hangin from me, so it was just a weird thing from something I've done 100 times before.

When you're back at it with NO grip issues do towel chins, they really help strengthen the fingers as well as the grip!

Default F My Life 3/9

Deadlifts:
260x5
300x5
340x2

eff...tweaked my lower back on the first rep of the last set, everything felt great up until that point. Only thing I can think is I didnt loosen up enough, I was in bed pretty much all day yesterday sick and most of this morning before my workout, so I'm sure that didn't help matters.

Supersetted some back extensions and foam rolling for about 20 minutes, did a pretty good job of working it out....will do some more stretching and foam rolling later, not too worried about it.

hope everybody else had better workouts today

Today was an off day forme... usually when Juls has school I try and keep the day off...

As for your lower back, brother you know I'm about to slap you if you say you aren't going to get it looked at, right?

Get it checked!
