Sorry I haven't kept this as updated as I would like, but life happens...

Most recent workout:

Last Friday:

Row Machine 15lbx15,15,15.
Dumbbell Rows 15lb.x15,15,15.

This was the night Justin and I went to the gym but they closed an hour earlier than we thought they did, so we BOTH left feeling unaccomplished and dissatisfied....

I'll try and post my workouts as they come, hopefully beginning tonight after class!!
