That's a good place to start. You still trying the Warrior Diet...or was it too much? I know some people don't like it...

I dont mind it actually just something to get used to :)

Good to hear.

Does your wife have the fitness bug? I know it's hard to lose weight in a house where both aren't on the same sheet of music. My wife is very helpful.

She has the bug but the motivation isnt there but were working on that part of things atm.

That's the hardest part about being married, IMHO...we tend to lose motivation to stay looking at our peak...call us weak :)

Ya i was pretty fit when I started dating her and close to the wedding i seemed to put on a few pounds and it was like ;)

I have an old high school...his wife divorced him, left him with 3 kids, got a gym membership, and now looks much better.

I guess she equated marriage with her condition lol.

LOL strange how all that works. I was big into looking big, (always been a bigger broad shoulder) guy. Got into the dating world kept up forawhile with it, then i eventually let myself go then I dated my wife got better and then started working at home and turned into a bean bag

For me it's hard to sit for more then 4 hours...my knees hate me :)
