Thanks. I have a meet in 7 weeks, I'm going to squat 638, bench 429 and deadlift 551, God willing that is.

why squat more than your deadlift? i've actually seen this from loads of people just wondering cause usually deadlifts stronger

There are a couple reasons. I compete equipped, ie I squat in a squat suit ( it saves my 44 year old hips, LOL ). Second, my deadlift is weak.
