Thanks guys.

I just thought of something. I stopped doing inclines a while back, and since that time, my overhead press has stalled completely. Not sure what's going on here...

Inclines or presses from the front, and bhn pressing, you need both. I prefer to just do heavy pressing front pressing, instead of inclines.

The anterior Delt is the more powerful head of the three. BHN pressing alone is not enough. Alternate your pressing movements and overall intensity.

Coming up with the right balance through my program so taht I hit everything enough has been the biggest factor in the recipe to get right.

I pretty happy with heavy bench, medium BHN press. Next session, heavy front pressing, medium bench, or CGBP.

Great minds think alike. I was actually thinking of rotating the 2 exercises...BTNs and military press. Thanks for the feedback, oh wise one!

I get some of my best ideas, from reading the golden age guys training thoughts. The alternate heavy bench, front pressing is from that guy, lets see, whats his name,..Oh Yea!! Marvin Eder!
