I noticed how draper rolled the handles up and down. Did you try that Steve? May seem like a silly question, but since I haven't used it before I was wondering why he was doing it.

I roll. Mac suggested starting with the handles down, and that helped with the back, but it still didn't help the weight.

Just grinding out randomness today. Felt good and worked hard. The end.

BTW, it takes forever for me to warmup my biceps. One of the reasons I despise training them.

I've never used a safety bar. I would assume they have a similar feel. Though the top squat starts as a high bar and rolls to a low bar.

I think I'm selling mine and getting a buffalo bar.

I found one on Amazon for $260 shipped but it doesn't have any reviews or poundage ratings. I'm just going to buy a real one from EliteFTS. I think they sell them.
