Default My Big and Dumb Log

I'm making the move to a new log. Why? Because I am a little beat up, and think it's time to try something a bit new. I've been using the same core workout structure for most of the last 16 months, and want to shake things up a bit.

I will detail my approach a bit later after the kiddies hit the hay. I am calling this training style big and dumb. It's simple, and far from rocket science.

02/16/2010: Shoulders

Workout Time: 50 minutes

Workout Grade: A+

Probably the best shoulder workout I've had in quite some time. My shoulders were still feeling a little beat up from heavy squats 10 (or so) days ago, so I switched to military presses to relieve some of the strain. Great pumps. My shoulders are a pile of rubble right now.

Seated Military Press - 2 minutes between sets
135 x 10
155 x 8
175 x 5
175 x 4
155 x 7
155 x 6
155 x 5
135 x 7
135 x 6
135 x 6

Rear Laterals - 60 seconds rest between sets
30's x 10/10/10/10/10

Seated Military Press
95 x 20
